Ingmar Aldén
Chairman
Ingemar B. Aldén, M Pol.Sc. & Ec., is President of Aldenco AB, a consultancy firm offering guidance regarding commercial development and other management issues in the Life Sciences Area since 1989. He brings also more than 20 years of experience from executive positions in multinational pharmaceutical companies, e.g. Astra, Merck & Co, Hoechst and HMR. Other board assignments include, Akinion Pharmaceuticals, Anamar and Isifer.
Hans Arwidsson, Ph.D.
President & CEO of Eurocine Vaccines AB (publ.), is an executive with broad cross-functional experience from the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive experience from line and project management positions in R&D, Marketing and Operations in Astra and AstraZeneca (1984-2001), where he got deep insights in all parts of the pharmaceutical product life cycle. As the CEO of LipoCore Holding AB (2001-2003), a drug delivery company in Stockholm, he developed the company´s sales and business development functions. Arwidsson is a pharmacist by training and holds a M.Sc. (1984) and a Ph.D. (1991) in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Uppsala as well as a MBA from Stockholm School of Economics (1996).
Otto Skolling
Investment manager Karolinska Development, MSc. in chemistry. Some 15 years of broad-based pharmaceutical and medtech. industry experience, including product development, business development and project management positions at Novozymes, Simens Life support systems and Pharmacia & Upjohn.
Bill Tunbrant
Bill Tunbrant holds an MSc from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. Mr. Tunbrant is today acting as Senior Management consultant at Sevenco AB, one of the leading management consultant companies in Sweden. He has extensive executive and international experience in marketing and business development from a number of companies and products including medical X-ray film and diagnostic instruments. Mr. Tunbrant also has experience from a number of board assignments in Sweden and abroad, including ten years with Nibe Industrier AB, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
Mikael Bisrat, Ph.D.
Dr. Bisrat is a co-founder of XSpray. He has a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Uppsala University, and more than 15 years industrial experience as a Formulation Scientist/Research Scientist at Astra and from various management positions, including: Associate Director Pharmaceutical Development and Head of Preformulation at Astra/AstraZeneca; Manager and Director Pharmaceutics at Pharmacia Upjohn/Pharmacia; and Director Pharmaceutics at Biovitrum. Dr Bisrat is a co-author of three patents in the area of supercritical crystallization.
Håkan Nykvist, Ph.D.
A co-founder of XSpray, Dr. Nykvist is a pharmacist from Uppsala University with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology. His experience includes working as Head of the Pharmaceutical Departments of Astra and Kabi in Sweden. Dr. Nykvist has also held recent positions as Directory of Licensing at AstraZeneca and as Senior Lecturer at Uppsala University.
